My research agenda examines the impact of emerging technologies on international security and explores the decision-making processes that drive foreign policy. My work is organized into three interconnected streams.

1. The Geopolitics of Emerging Technology & Security

This research area investigates how technological innovation—from semiconductors to artificial intelligence—is creating new arenas for strategic competition and reshaping the tools of statecraft.
